Scheduling:
Nearly all evaluations are scheduled to begin at 9:30 am on the day of testing.
I prefer to complete testing in one session if possible. This
reduces scheduling problems, though it generally means that testing
sessions are long and tiring. Feel free to bring a drink and snack. We will take a lunch break from 12:30-1:30.
Billing:
For court referred evaluations, a retainer of $4500 will be requested. In most cases, this will cover the cost of the assessment, review of records, and completion of the report and feedback session.
Preparation for and time in court to testify related to the evaluation results are billed separately at $275/hour.
Health Insurance does not cover the cost of these evaluations: Insurance companies all note that court referred services are not covered as part of their benefit.
